The hotel had all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and equipped with towels, soap, and a hair dryer. The location was great as it was walking distance from a major train station and had plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a nice addition, which included small pastries and rice.

The room was quite small, but understandable for the price point. Unfortunately, the bed was too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to sleep.

Terrific location, helpful staff, great wifi, numerous shops and eateries, convenient for transportation, enjoyable breakfast.

Everything is what I need and want.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the amenities offered in the hotel room. The free access to a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus, especially for guests staying longer periods. The Japanese-style breakfast offered was basic but sufficient, and helped me start my day. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated just a few minutes' walk from a major train station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. I also appreciated the discount offered to members.

One negative aspect of my stay was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. It was inconvenient to have to go to the lobby every time I needed access to the internet. Additionally, while the service at the front desk was good, the staff spoke limited English which made communication somewhat difficult.

This budget hotel located next to the train station is a fantastic choice. the Yamanote line provides easy access to multiple areas, surroundings have lots of shops and eateries. Rooms are cleaned daily, feature firm mattresses, and free breakfast options include rice balls and miso soup. Staff provides good customer service and the hotel features an elevator and escalator.

Check-in time is quite late.
